Im not sure if this is part of the game but I play off of a chromebook and the game is very laggy and slow. My internet is doing fine, and I turned my sensitivity up. As soon as I step outside of the elevator my whole games glitches out and I cant move without the game throwing me through a wall.
Very sorry about that. Even though Chromebooks are known for their performance issues, the game is still very resource-demanding and even more so because it is written on JavaScript. I'm working on updates and trying to come up with as many performance optimizations as I can. Your internet is only required to load the resources at startup, after that the performance does not rely on it.

Fantastic visuals, unique storytelling device and great pacing, although the game suffers with the delivery and has some programming issues.
First of all, I must say, playing this reminded me of the older horror games, where you had to deal with the atmosphere and environment and navigate through using your instincts - that was brilliant. I loved the sound design, the creepy vibe of the apartment style building, although it did remind me of the ongoing popular trope of "Backrooms", but at the same time, this was different.
2 main issues I have with the game is the explanation about where we are and how we use the power, in this case closing your eyes to move around the rooms. I did not get that and it would have helped if the introduction had a maybe tutorial about it. Of course, I see that the game is prelude to the other game, but still it has to have the reason behind why are we as a player doing this and what are we trying to escape.
Somehow, I found a way to dodge that question and figured it out on my own to how moving around and closing your eyes worked, yet, I faced another issues, which was interaction. I was unable to get the cassette tape or use the cassette player and overall felt wondering again and again around the rooms, until I might have broken the game. I think fixing all of the above will improve the experience much more. Also, the game would benefit from having a download version.

Thank you for your comment! I understand the game may be unpolished in some places, I'll do my best to fix any bugs. As for the interaction - I'm trying to keep the feel and atmosphere as ethereal and vague as possible, but I guess I'll figure something out to make the game tell the player what they have to do and how they have to do it. The cassette tape is not necessary to complete the game, but it's never really told there that it isn't. Again, thank you for your attention and your time.
This was a cool horror game that reminds me of backrooms but still a different game with a unique twist. The map of the game constantly changes as time passes/ when you close your eyes and slowly things will start appearing for the player to complete. I did not manage to complete the game but the horror of a monster being in this enormous maze with me was definitely something I did not expect after running so long around the map. I am curious as to whether the game was inspired by the backrooms XD.

Thank you for your comment and the video, that was pretty quick! The game did emerge from the backrooms in a way, as I was testing out THREE.js and wanted to make a 3D horror game in it. Off the top of my head were the backrooms, but I also wanted to make a demo for my other game. As I thought blatant copy-pasting was too boring, I decided to do something different.
