'hf' stands for hotfix, so this one is really small
Changelog:
- Attempted to fix the mouselook jolt issue (it's still non-replicable on any of the 4 devices that I've tested on, so I can't know for sure)
- Added a mouse smoothing option to the settings
- Will be generalizing the debug features under a compile-time EQU
